Proteus Leadership is a learning organisation focused on leadership, culture, solution sales and business development. Our approach is rooted in enabling behavioural shift, and people performance within organisations.

Proteus, the Old Man of the Sea is where we take our inspiration from. Leadership in its truest form of wisdom, strength, service and humility is a life force. As with the ocean, it ebbs and flows, surges and retreats. It is vast and deep and has the ability to shape shift and transform in response to its immediate environment, filling caves and gulleys, merging around rocks and vessels.

About Us
Annie Hanekom and Kevin Downey are two well versed leadership practitioners with a combined 47 years of experience in the Leadership and Development space. They have been working, collaborating, designing, dreaming and inspiring together right from the first time Annie joined Kevin’s learning company over two decades ago.
