Kevin and Annie are two well versed leadership practitioners with a combined 47 years of experience in the Leadership and Development space.
Kevin Downey
Kevin is an enthusiastic, visionary, business advisor and facilitator who challenges the way people see their problems and opportunities. He helps create a strong passion within people to do more with their lives by applying what they learn to those things that matter most for themselves and their organisation. He gets people realising the impact their behaviour has on their environment and how to change it for the better. With his high impact style and infectious energy, Kevin sparks positive shifts in individuals and teams.
Kevin is perhaps best known for his direct, accessible and deeply insightful approach to leadership, culture shaping and sales development. He ignites a room (even virtual ones!) with an energy and passion that initiates lasting change.
Annie Hanekom
Annie is led in her work with teams and individuals, to enable them to become clear on the context within which they operate. With a gritty and action-oriented approach, she partners with clients to interrogate relationships, question assumptions, challenge beliefs and formulate new and effective ways of being.
She is concerned with the long-term sustainability of learning within a business environment and works constantly between individual and organisation, driving alignment, ensuring value creation and encouraging the health of both ‘systems’.
Annie’s deep care and strength in interpersonal connection enables individuals to make empowered choices that support improved performance and a fresh buzz and energy for life.
Annie is drawn to work with teams, emerging leaders and specifically, in her coaching work, with senior executives. She is pragmatic, direct, full of energy and passion in her work and has a unique and unconventional style that gets results.
